I am a user of BDG Game with UID 3100518, and I am facing a serious issue related to deposits. On February 2, 2026, I made a payment of 10,400 through PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but in the game it showed as “deposit failed.” This same issue has occurred three times, where the money is deducted from my side but the balance is not added to my game account.
I contacted your support team, and I was only informed that the payment is “under checking,” but there has been no proper solution or update so far. My money is currently stuck even though the payments were clearly debited from my account. I request that the deducted amount of 10,400 be credited correctly to my game wallet as soon as possible and that this deposit issue be resolved promptly so it does not happen again in the future.
