BDG Game Wallet Missing Rs 9,000 After Successful Deposits

I am filing a complaint regarding two deposits I made to the BDG Game platform that have still not been credited to my account. My BDG Game ID is 6349911. On the 24th, I recharged my BDG Game wallet with Rs 7,000 through PhonePe, and on the 27th, I made another recharge of Rs 2,000, again using PhonePe. Although a total of Rs 9,000 has been successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, the amount has not been credited to my BDG Game wallet. As of today, 11 days have passed since the first transaction, yet my wallet balance has still not been updated. I request that the full amount of Rs 9,000 be credited to my BDG Game wallet immediately or, if that is not possible, that the entire amount be refunded back to my PhonePe account. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
