The transaction status shows "Success" with Txid dfdd6...e630a and Order ID F-1836910696011493891, yet the funds never reached my bank (punb0612500-6125000100023***). Despite the platform stating that INR withdrawals via IMPS usually take one hour, my ticket (#8793766) remains pending with no response or resolution. I feel completely cheated by BC.Game—they claim everything is successful, but no money is received. This experience feels like a scam, and it’s frustrating to see innocent users being misled repeatedly by what they call a gaming platform.
