BC.GAME Fails to Credit ₹8,400 INR After Multiple Paytm UPI Deposits

On January 24, 2026, I deposited 3,800 INR into my BC.GAME casino account via Paytm UPI, but the amount was not credited to my gaming balance. This is now the second time I have experienced the same issue, and a total of 8,400 INR of my money is currently stuck. Today marks the 17th day since I first submitted complaints regarding these payments, yet the issue remains unresolved. The 3,800 INR payment made on January 24, 2026, has the Paytm reference number 698019909877. When I contacted BC.GAME support, I was repeatedly told that the merchant had not received the funds. However, when I contacted the merchant directly, they clearly confirmed that the payment was received and that BC.GAME failed to credit it to my gaming account. I have payment proof and screenshots from my Paytm account and can provide them if required. As a result, I am being passed back and forth between BC.GAME and the merchant, while my total amount of 8,400 INR remains unresolved. I am requesting that the full 8,400 INR, including the 3,800 INR transaction with reference number 698019909877, be refunded directly to my Paytm account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be properly investigated and resolved without any further delay, especially given that I have already been waiting for 17 days.
