BC Game Deposit Missing After Successful UPI Payment via Paytm

I deposited ₹27,000 to BC Game on 02/01/2026 via UPI using Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my BC Game account even though more than 23 days have passed. The UPI transaction ID/reference number for this payment is 600225992046. After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my BC Game balance, I contacted Paytm / my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully completed and credited to the merchant’s account. This clearly shows that the amount has reached BC Game, but it has not been reflected in my game account. I also contacted BC Game customer support and opened a ticket about this issue, but the ticket has been pending for a long time, and I have not received any proper resolution or refund. This is not the first time I have faced a deposit issue with BC Game, which makes the situation even more worrying and disappointing. I request that my ₹27,000 deposit from 02/01/2026, UPI transaction ID 600225992046, be immediately credited to my BC Game account without any further delay, and I expect a clear explanation for why this has happened and why the support ticket has remained unresolved for so long.
