BC Games Customer Support Fails to Resolve Deposit Delay

I am writing regarding a deposit issue I am experiencing with BC Games. Yesterday, I made a deposit to my BC Games account via bank transfer. The money has already been deducted from my bank account and appears there as successfully transferred, but it has not been credited to my BC Games balance. Even though a full day has passed since the transfer, my account balance has not been updated, and I am unable to use the funds I deposited.
I also attempted to contact BC Games customer support for assistance, but I was unable to get the help or clear explanation I needed. I request that my payment be located and credited to my BC Games account promptly, or, if that is not possible, that the amount be refunded to my bank account. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for this delay and what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
