BC Game Keeps Deposit Processing for 25 Days After Bank Debit

I deposited ₹6,991 from my J&K Bank account to my BC Game wallet on 10/01/2026. The amount was debited from my bank account immediately, but in my BC Game account the deposit is still shown as “processing” and has not been added to my wallet balance even after 25 days. I have visited my J&K Bank branch about this issue around five times, and the bank has confirmed that the transaction amount has already been successfully credited to the merchant’s bank account. I also obtained my bank statement and other required proof and submitted all these documents to BC Game customer support as requested. Despite this, BC Game support keeps replying with the same repeated message that “your deposit ticket is processing, continue your patience”, without giving any concrete solution, update, or reversal of the amount. My ticket has been pending in processing status for the last 25 days, and my money is stuck even though the bank confirms it has reached the merchant. I request BC Game to urgently check this specific deposit, credit ₹6,991 to my BC Game wallet without any further delay or, if that is not possible, refund the full amount back to my J&K Bank account. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, as I have already provided all necessary documents and proofs multiple times.
