I made a deposit to my general wallet on BC.GAME via UPI on 6 January at around 6:55 PM for an amount of 10,000, but the transaction has been pending for hours, and the balance has not been credited. I feel cheated because the money has been debited from my side, while nothing is reflected in my BC.GAME account. I have a successful payment confirmation and a reference/transaction ID from my bank for this UPI payment, which proves that the amount was processed. Despite this, my BC.GAME wallet still shows the deposit as pending. I also tried contacting BC.GAME support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication is very frustrating, given the amount involved and the time that has already passed. I request that my 10,000 deposit be either immediately credited to my BC.GAME general wallet or promptly refunded to my original payment method based on the existing transaction details. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this delay occurred and why there was no timely support response.
