Defective Product Return Nightmare at Bauhaus

I bought several things from Bauhaus, but one of them was broken, so I wanted to send it back. I put in the order online and was told to fill out a return form. I filled out the form and sent it, but I never got the shipment confirmation number. Even though I called their WhatsApp support line after 7 days, they only told me they would look into how important the problem was and then ended the call without giving me a solution. I don't understand why the return process isn't moving faster. Should it be this hard to send in a return? I ask the responsible people to do what they need to do. I've been trying to return the product for 10 days now, and I'm not sure how much longer it will take. I will never order anything else. They send out products that haven't been properly tested, and then they give us all this trouble. I need to hear back right away. Please stop putting customers through more trouble.
