Karcher Order Came Incomplete, Can2t Reach Help to Request the Rest

ordered products from your official website, and unfortunately, my items were delivered incomplete. Trying to reach customer service has become a significant problem, a hassle, a fight if you will... The phone is not being answered, and when attempting to call, it constantly goes to a busy signal. It's extremely disappointing that even a major company struggles to provide such basic customer service. Moreover, my order was shipped more than 10 days after the initial purchase, and on top of that, it was delivered incomplete.
