Baby Mall Order Cancellation And Resale With Unfair Pricing

I bought item number 7751BCX53P from www.babymall.com.tr on July 11, 2023. At the time I bought it, it cost 3,590.00 TL. But on July 13, 2023, at 9:32 a.m., my order was canceled because there wasn't enough stock. To my surprise, the same product in the same color and brand showed up on their website again at 10:37 the same day, but it was now priced at 16,290.00 TL. No matter how many times I've tried to talk to their customer service about this, I haven't gotten a good answer. In my most recent conversation with them, they were rude and told me I could file complaints wherever I wanted. I'm angry, so I've taken the steps I need to take to file official complaints with proof. I felt like I had to share this complaint with other people who want to buy things on this platform to warn them.
