Ordering From Avon Feels Like A Struggle –Unresponsive Representatives

I regularly purchase Avon products for resale, but each order becomes a frustrating experience. The ordering system constantly generates issues, and the customer representatives are unable to offer any real support or solutions—only delays. In my most recent order, I encountered a "limit" issue despite having made the payment. After resolving that, I was faced with yet another block called an “upper limit.” Although the order was paid and confirmed, the products have still not been dispatched. Both my sales representative and regional manager have followed up and told me several times over the past two days that “it will be shipped soon,” yet there’s still no movement in the system. This is not just a waste of time—it damages my business operations and customer trust. A brand like Avon, with decades of presence in the cosmetics industry, should have a far more professional and efficient process. Instead of empowering people who want to sell their products, Avon’s system seems to actively prevent it. All I want to do is sell products, but Avon’s system and lack of support are making that nearly impossible. I expect immediate and permanent action to resolve this situation. Otherwise, continuing to work with this brand will no longer be feasible.
