I placed an order on Estée Lauder’s official website (through Elca Kozmetik) and was charged for the payment, yet no order was created. When I checked my order history, there was no record of my purchase.
I immediately called customer service, and after a long wait, I was told that my order was not processed because it stayed in my cart for too long. This is completely unacceptable. I have never encountered such an issue with any online retailer before.
To make things worse, I had purchased the item during a special discount, and now, since my money has not been refunded yet, I cannot repurchase it. Why should I be penalized for your system's failure?
I demand an immediate refund, so I can place my order again. I sincerely hope this is resolved quickly, as this experience has already caused unnecessary frustration. If the issue is not addressed, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities.
