Avon Took My Money and Canceled My Order Without Sending the Products

Avon seized both my order and my money! I tried to place an order in March—my payment was taken four times, but only one order was created in the system. I was made to wait 20 days for a refund, and they claimed there was a system error before finally refunding the amount to my IBAN. Now they claim that a refund was issued to my IBAN on the 27th and to my credit card on the 28th, and that I owe Avon ₺2,280. They also say today’s order was canceled and my money was withheld. However, I never received any refund to my card on the 28th. They randomly marked a money transfer in the system, put me in debt without informing me, and now I’m being held responsible. My customer’s product and my money have been confiscated—I’ve been mistreated by Avon for two months. I will report this issue everywhere to claim my rights.
