Avon Soft Mask Roll-On Exchange Request

I recently purchased two Avon Soft Mask Roll-Ons, and to my disappointment, I found that they had gone bad when I opened them at home. Because of the tightly sealed and taped cap, I wasn't able to detect any scent before buying it. Of course, the scent is not detectable when the lid is tightly closed, but it becomes noticeable once it is opened. Who will help me with my issue? I often find myself buying products without much information, only to realize later that they are spoiled, and by then it's too late. Is this the way things are meant to function? Please respond to my concerns as soon as possible.
