Clinique Makeup Remover Cap Won’t Open – Unable to Use or Return Product


I bought a makeup remover from Clinique, and the cap simply won’t open. I’ve used this product many times before, so I know how it’s supposed to work, but no matter how hard I try, it won’t budge. I even asked friends, both men and women, to help, but no one could get it open. I visited Sephora and Clinique stores to see if their staff could open it, but they had no luck either. It’s as if the cap is “designed not to open.” Unfortunately, I can’t find my receipt, so I can’t exchange or return it, leaving me feeling like my money was wasted. Clinique, please address this issue and provide a solution so I can actually use the product I paid for.
