Avon’s customer service is incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful. They don’t listen and offer no real assistance. I’ve had enough of dealing with PTT Cargo, but Avon continues to push the responsibility back on me, even suggesting I pay for another shipping service. Two weeks ago, the same order was delivered to the same address and recipient without issue, but this week, they falsely claimed that the recipient wasn’t at the address. It’s a large Bellona store, and they’re pretending no one was there to receive the package. Avon seems to accept this kind of dishonesty, as their customer service representatives are rude and lack any problem-solving skills. Avon needs to address this issue and improve their customer service immediately.
