UPS Never Picked Up My Bonheur Return Despite Multiple Requests

I placed an order from Bonheur’s website and wanted to return the product. Since they use UPS for returns, I followed the instructions and submitted a return request through UPS. I’ve now made three separate pickup requests (Request Numbers: 7076087, 7079083, 7081497), but nothing has been resolved.
Each time, the UPS system falsely reports that they "called but couldn’t reach me" or "came to the address and no one was there." Let me be clear: no one has called me, and no UPS courier has shown up. I’ve been at home waiting each time, and it’s incredibly frustrating to have my return ignored while the return window is quickly closing.
Bonheur and UPS, I need you to take action immediately. Either arrange a proper pickup or offer an alternative return method. I will not accept being penalized for delays caused by your broken system.
