Avon Catalogs with Printing Errors and No Available Solution

As a long-time Avon representative, I've always been committed to providing the best service possible to my customers. However, I've recently dealt with some vexing issues that have left me feeling undervalued and unsupported by the company. Despite placing orders as soon as campaigns begin, products are always out of stock, and when customers are unhappy with their purchases, I am left to deal with the consequences. But it wasn't until I discovered a recent catalog error that I realized how little Avon values their representatives. When I asked for assistance from the company, I was met with dismissive remarks such as "you should have been more careful" and "you need to be more vigilant." Years of hard work and dedication seem to have been lost on them. Now I'm being forced to go to my customers' homes and retrieve their purchases in order to return them for a refund. There is no clear solution in sight, and as someone who relies on this job as a side hustle, the additional stress is becoming unbearable. I'm not asking for a small refund of 20 TL or 30 TL. I simply want Avon to demonstrate that they value their representatives and accept responsibility for their errors. It's disappointing that a company the size of Avon can't provide adequate support for its dedicated representatives.
