LCW Waterproof Boots Leak Water and Return Request Is Denied

On October 21, 2025, I purchased a pair of boots from LCW’s online store that were advertised as waterproof. However, even with short-term use in rainy weather, the boots allowed water to leak inside, completely soaking my socks. Because of this issue, I stopped using the product, believing it to be defective. I submitted a return request on the grounds of a faulty product, received a return authorization code, and sent the boots back to LCW by cargo on January 8, 2026. My order number is 2510211103260. Despite this, I was informed that my return was not accepted, and the boots were sent back to me in the same condition. I do not believe it is normal for a product sold as waterproof to let water in during rain, and I consider this to be a manufacturing or material defect. Since the boots are defective, I request that the return be accepted and that the full product price be refunded to me.
