Vestel Did Not Provide Timely Warranty Service for My Faulty Product
I purchased a Vestel product with the intention of backing a local brand, but the whole experience has been quite draining. When the product turned out to be faulty, I anticipated the company would support their offering. Instead, I encountered additional service fees even though the item was still under warranty. I reached out for service, and they informed me that they could only come on Thursday because of high demand, but they weren't able to provide a specific time slot. Should I really just be at home all day waiting around? I have obligations, just like everyone else. It would be nice if they could provide a clear time frame or make a call in the morning. I feel utterly overlooked by how this entire situation has been managed. I truly regret putting my trust in a brand simply because it was marketed as local.
