UBSTrader MetaTrader 5 Account Locks Funds and Rejects All Withdrawals
I have been experiencing a serious grievance with Oversea Capital Markets Ltd. through the ubstrader.com platform. I started trading via MetaTrader 5 on https://ubstrader.com/ between 2–3 January 2026 and deposited funds into my account by bank transfer. As of now, my screen shows a significant profit in my account, yet all my withdrawal attempts are constantly being rejected. My account number on the platform is 5850691 and the total amount I have deposited so far is 17,700 USD. Previously, I tried several times to withdraw around 1,000 USD in smaller amounts, but none of these withdrawal requests were processed. Most recently, I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 USD and this request was also rejected. Although a high profit appears in my account on paper, I cannot access my money, and since I cannot repay the loans I used, I am facing a very serious financial loss in real terms. In addition, I received an email from UBS Neo stating that my specified e‑mail address is not registered. However, when I log in via https://ubstrader.com/, I see a balance in my account, yet I am unable to withdraw any funds. If this page is not an official page belonging to the firm, I request that this be clearly communicated to me and that the necessary actions be taken regarding this situation. So far I have contacted the company via e‑mail, but my grievance has not been resolved. I request that my account and all my transactions be examined in detail, that the amount visible in my account on https://ubstrader.com/, together with my profits, be paid to me in full without any deduction, and if there is any problem related to the bank or payment providers, that it be urgently resolved so that I can access my funds.
