Brake Sound Coming From My Brand New Citröen C4x Car

I began hearing a whistling sound when applying the brakes on the first day of my Citröen C4x purchased from the ABC authorized dealer in Ankara on September 22, 2023. Over time, the noise intensified, leading me to take the vehicle to the ABC authorized service. They cleaned the brake pads and returned the vehicle, but the sound reappeared after a while. Subsequently, I returned to the service, and the brake pads were replaced. However, the noise persisted, prompting another visit to the ABC authorized service, where they cleaned the pads again. Despite expressing my concern that the sound would likely return after this cleaning, they refused to take further action. The entire process unfolded with the knowledge of the Citroen communication center.
When the Citroen communication center asked if there was a recording of the sound, I confirmed and sent an email. Three days later, they informed me that they couldn't open the video and suggested going to an authorized service. I then notified the Citröen contact center that I had scheduled an appointment with another service.
At the Ata authorized service, the technician listened to all the issues, heard the sound during testing, and explained that their standard procedure involved cleaning the brake pads first. They advised returning if the issue persisted. Meanwhile, I contacted the Citröen communication center to update them on the situation, but they simply acknowledged and hung up without further communication. Despite this, the authorized service adhered to the standard procedure.
After four months, the ABC-authorized service and Citröen contact center have made no effort to resolve the problem. Surprisingly, the Ata authorized dealer, despite not being the original point of purchase, displayed more interest and assistance. I am seeking a resolution to this ongoing issue and wish to regain the ability to drive my vehicle without discomfort.
