Avatrade Inactivity Fee Issue

I signed up for an account with Avatrade, and everything was going well until I attempted to withdraw my money. If you're a small investor, you're in for a tough time. Their representatives don't even bother to respond. They will charge you a service fee if you don't use your account for three months, but they call it an "inactivity fee". When you ask why, they act like the user agreement is a valid reason. I really don't recommend using this platform for any investor.
