I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they just won't process my withdrawal. This platform clearly has no plans to return any funds. Their customer support is basically a black hole. You get the classic "email support" line, but good luck getting any actual replies to your emails. It's frustrating that there's no phone number available, leaving you with no way to reach out for assistance.
