Videforex Refuses to Process My Withdrawal After a Month of Waiting and No Response

I requested a withdrawal from Videforex on the 5th of last month, and it’s been nearly a month now with no updates on my funds. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they just won't process my withdrawal. This platform clearly has no plans to return any funds. Their customer support is basically a black hole. You get the classic "email support" line, but good luck getting any actual replies to your emails. It's frustrating that there's no phone number available, leaving you with no way to reach out for assistance. This has been such a frustrating experience, and I seriously regret ever putting my trust in this platform. If you're thinking about using Videforex, do yourself a favor and steer clear.
