Xtrade Forex Took My $530, Now They Won’t Respond to My Messages

I lost $530 on my first forex trade with Xtrade, and now they refuse to answer my messages. A representative named Si* was supposed to guide me, but instead, they provided no clear explanation about what happened to my money.
I understand that forex trading comes with risks, but losing my entire deposit within three days without proper guidance is unacceptable. I expected at least some transparency and customer support, but now I’m being ignored.
I demand a clear explanation and immediate assistance regarding my lost funds. If Xtrade wants to maintain trust, they need to respond to their customers instead of disappearing after a loss.
