I had an Avataria Life account that I had been playing for 3–4 years. A few days ago, when I logged into the game, I was shocked to see that it directed me to create a new avatar, essentially resetting my progress back to level 1. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the same thing happened again. My account was not linked to Facebook, Google, or any other platform. When I attempted to log in with my email, the system told me: “This email is already registered. Please log in or register with another email.” This makes no sense since the account belongs to me, and I should have full access. Losing years of progress and money spent in the game because of a login error is completely unacceptable. I want my original account restored immediately and proper technical support to ensure this doesn’t happen again to other players.
