Avataria Facebook Linked Account Not Accessible Despite Reinstall

I am having a serious issue with Avataria. My main account is linked to Facebook, but I cannot log into it anymore. When I try, the game gives me an error and refuses to load. Strangely, my Google-linked accounts still work fine, but the Facebook-linked one—the account where I invested the most time—is completely inaccessible.

I already tried deleting and reinstalling the game, as well as clearing the app data, but nothing worked. Losing access to my main account is extremely frustrating, especially since I have played for a long time and do not want to lose my progress.

I urgently request support to fix this login problem and restore access to my Facebook-linked account. Avataria should ensure players can reliably connect their accounts and not face errors that block them from their main profiles.
