For the past two days, I have been unable to log into my main Avatar Life account. Every time I try to enter, the game gives me an “internet error,” even though my connection is stable. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the problem continues. What makes this more frustrating is that I can log into other accounts without any issues—only my main account is blocked by this constant internet error. This is unfair because I have invested a lot of time and money into my main account, and now I cannot access it at all. I am requesting immediate assistance from Avatar Life customer service to resolve this login issue and restore access to my account. Players should not lose access to their progress because of technical errors.
