Austrian Airlines Lost Luggage After Amsterdam–Larnaca Flight via Vienna

After our flight with Austrian Airlines on July 9, 2024, from Amsterdam to Larnaca with a connection in Vienna, our luggage did not arrive at our destination. Even though one full week has passed since the flight, the location of our suitcases has still not been identified. When we contacted airline representatives by phone, we were told that the luggage is most likely in Vienna, but they are unable to determine its exact location. This ongoing uncertainty and lack of concrete information has caused significant inconvenience.
