Lena Service and Audi Brand Neglect

The sound that comes out when I press the brake in my Audi Q5 brand car did not get better and increased even though I went to the service 5 times and the pads were changed 2 times. When I call Lena service, they say they will take it to the service again and they do not know when it will be delivered. Since my children have courses, I tried to find my solution by renting a car for 2000 TL per day. When I ask them to give me a car because it is very costly, they say that they cannot give me a car because it is a summer area. When I asked what the problem with the car was and how to solve it, they said that they would take it under investigation again and that the same staff would take care of it. If a solution had been found, a solution could have been found after it went 5 times, when I say to refer it to another service, they say we cannot do it. If I take it to another service myself, of course, I will pay again, they probably want this. When I tell the situation to Audi central customer relations, they say that they will call back within the day and they do not call. Seeing that the service of the car you bought for paying that much money is so bad, it turns people off from the brand.
