Citroen C5 Aircross Brake Disc Noise Problem

C5 Aircross right rear disc noise issue at 7000km. I went to Turkey Istanbul Öztek Automotive service 3 times for this problem. Each time, they sprayed the brake pad cleaning spray and turned it down because there was no problem. In my last visit, they said that they sent an e-mail to the PSA group factory in France, but there was no result for 2 weeks. My car also has a ceiling paint problem. They offered money, I was about to compromise, but if my problem with the disc is not accepted, I will go directly to court. I talk to Citroen customer service, the decision maker says service. I bought my car from the second-hand of the same dealer. The fact that the question is not accepted brings different questions to my mind. Whoever I asked, he said whether to buy Citroen.
