Hello, I purchased a 2023 Audi Q8 E-TRON brand new from the dealership in January 2024. By October, the vehicle began showing warning lights and error messages. The dealership sent a tow truck, and the car has now been in service for about 20 days. Attempts to get updates have mostly been unsuccessful; on one occasion, they informed us they’re waiting for a part—apparently, the entire electronic control unit needs to be replaced. For a brand-new car with under 10,000 km, such a major electrical failure is completely unacceptable. I am requesting Audi replace this defective vehicle or provide appropriate compensation for this ongoing inconvenience and unreliability.
