I own a 2025 Audi A3, and one of the ambient LED lights is dimmer than the others, indicating that the part needs to be replaced. I reported the issue to the Audi headquarters last Friday, but even though the car is only 3 months old and still under warranty, I have been kept waiting for several days with the repeated explanation that “technical reviews and correspondence are ongoing.”
So far, I’ve spoken with customer service at least 10 times, but every time I’ve been brushed off without receiving any clear information or updates.
Honestly, if this were a Renault, I’d walk into the service center and the LED would be replaced within 10 minutes.
I request that my issue be resolved immediately, that the faulty LED part be replaced, or at the very least, that I be provided with a clear and honest update about the process.
I know they probably don’t look at complaints here, but I want this record to remain. For anyone considering buying an Audi — if it takes a week to replace a single LED, imagine how long it might take to fix something serious.
