Peugeot E-2008 Electric Drive System Fault After 10,500 Km Under Warranty

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a serious issue I have experienced with my Peugeot e-2008 vehicle. I purchased my Peugeot e-2008 brand-new last year. On October 19, 2025 (Sunday), with only 10,500 km on the odometer, the vehicle displayed an “Electric Drive System Fault.” Since the car is still under warranty, I had it towed the next day to the authorized Peugeot Baykar dealership in Bursa. On October 22, 2025 (Wednesday), I was informed that the car was ready for collection. However, the very next morning, the same error reappeared, and the vehicle completely locked up, becoming unusable. I had to have it towed again to the same dealership and requested a replacement vehicle. I was informed that a replacement vehicle would only be provided after the fault was diagnosed and the necessary parts had been ordered. Later, I was told that the issue had been identified and that a part had been ordered from Peugeot’s headquarters in France. I repeated my request for a replacement vehicle, but the service advisor stated that “the replacement vehicle policy has changed” and that they had even recalled previously issued replacement vehicles. As of today, I have been without a vehicle for 19 days, and the issue remains unresolved. With the upcoming weekend, this period will extend to 21 days, leaving me significantly inconvenienced and disappointed. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed urgently, and that Peugeot take the necessary steps to resolve this matter and provide appropriate customer support.

As of 11.11.2025, I have received my replacement vehicle. I would like to thank sikayetvar.com and the company officials.
