Unresolved Technical Issues with ASUS Motherboard

I reported the high temperature warnings on the mainboard (70°C and 93°C) to ASUS and sent my device with serial number M3M0FM075832GJP for repair. When I received it, ASUS claimed there was no problem and returned it to me. When I tested it after reinstallation, however, the problem persisted, and the temperature still ranged from 70 to 93°C. According to a local tech service, the problem was caused by the CPU settings, which limited its capabilities. Despite this knowledge, ASUS refused to acknowledge the issue, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service. It appears that they either disregard customer feedback or lack technical expertise. I demand a resolution, either the replacement of the faulty motherboard or a refund. ASUS's email response claiming prior user damage is unjustifiable. My problem was unique, and I deserved a proper resolution. ASUS's poor after-sales service is intolerable.

Moreover, I did not like the attitude, manner of speaking, facial expressions, and gestures of Mr. Ercan, who called me from Asus customer support. At this rate, we will probably say that Asus is a regret.

I also had a call from Asus customer support from a representative named Mr. Ercan. I wasn't comfortable with the way he spoke, his facial expressions, and his gestures. I believe such behaviors reflect poorly on Asus.

It is such an irresponsible company that it has been more than 2 weeks and my problem still hasn't been resolved.
