I recently sent my Asus X515JA laptop in for warranty service because it was constantly overheating, had LED screen glitches, and had fan issues that wouldn't stop. They claimed to have resolved the overheating and fan problems with a screen replacement. At first, when I got my laptop back, it didn't seem to have any problems with overheating or the fan. But just two months after the warranty ended, I'm dealing with really bad overheating and problems with the fan once more. I'm really unhappy and unsure about going back to the store because I'm worried they might say it's my fault and ask for payment after the warranty. I'm never buying from ASUS again.
