Asus X515 EA Laptop Returned in Worse Condition After Service

I sent my Asus X515 EA laptop to KVK Technical Service due to issues with Wi-Fi, battery, sound, and slow system performance. After receiving the laptop, I was informed that only a system reset and thermal paste replacement were performed. Other issues were not addressed.
When I attempted to charge the laptop upon its return, I noticed issues with the adapter connection. The external battery condition had worsened, and the system performance had further declined. The touchpad and external mouse were not working, the screen froze, I couldn't access applications, and the laptop overheated with the fan running continuously. These problems did not exist before sending the laptop to KVK.
I request support from Asus officials for the repair of my device and urge them to review their agreement with KVK Technical Support. My laptop is currently in poor condition.
