I purchased the Asus ROG Strix GO 2.4 wireless headset around 6-7 months ago. After 3-4 months of use, I started experiencing charging issues. As soon as I disconnect it from charging, it immediately gives a low battery warning, and this problem persists. Essentially, I cannot use a wireless headset wirelessly. Additionally, despite being only 6-7 months old, the headset has suffered breaks in the extendable areas, which occurred without any impact or mishandling. These are issues I would not expect from a brand like Asus.
