SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless Drains Battery Too Quickly

I have been using the SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless mouse for about a year, and the battery life has been consistently disappointing. Despite minimal usage, the batteries drain rapidly, making this product highly inefficient. I even purchased rechargeable batteries and a charging device, but it’s still impossible to keep up with the excessive battery consumption.

This mouse has proven to be frustrating and unreliable. I am hesitant to send it in for warranty service, as I am doubtful that the issue will be properly addressed. After this experience, I am certain that I won’t purchase another product from SteelSeries.

I expect the company to acknowledge this issue and provide a viable solution. Either improve the product or offer a replacement.
