I'm writing about the USB cable on my Monster Pusat 7.1 RGB headset, which isn't working right. This problem has happened before, and it was fixed by getting a new one. The same problem happened with the new headset as well. When I took it to be fixed, they said there was nothing wrong and sent it back. But the problem kept happening. Even small movements would break the connection, which led to sound loss and poor microphone performance. Even so, they sent it back and said there were no problems. I'm frustrated that nothing is being done to fix this problem, which has been going on for a long time. Please fix the headset or give me a new one.
