I have been extremely careful with the earbuds—no water exposure, no drops, and no rough handling—yet this issue happened without any apparent reason. Given that I invested in this product for long-term use, I expect better durability and reliability.
I request an immediate solution, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund. I urge Xiaomi/Redmi support to address this issue as soon as possible. This should not happen to a quality product!
