Asus Laptop Touchpad Malfunctioned After a Month and Service Failed to Fix It
I purchased an Asus laptop on November 12, 2024, from a retailer and was initially pleased with my new device. However, within just a month, the touchpad started malfunctioning. The cursor moves on its own almost every minute, making tasks like watching videos very frustrating. I hoped the issue would resolve itself, but it didn’t. I even adjusted the touchpad sensitivity settings to low, but that didn’t help either. The laptop won’t enter sleep mode because the cursor keeps moving. This isn’t my first problem with Asus. I previously bought the special 30th-anniversary model in 2020, but its motherboard failed, and the official Asus service in Turkey couldn’t find a replacement. A four-year-old laptop should still have parts available. Despite that, I gave Asus another chance, but now I’m facing another serious issue. I am truly fed up with these recurring problems.
