Warranty Process of Steelseries Mouse I Bought From Amazon

I ordered the SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless gaming mouse from Amazon Turkey on November 6, 2023, and the warranty period started on the delivery date, which is noted as 2 years. The product was still under warranty when the malfunction happened, as it couldn't reach me before November 7, 2023. Unfortunately, while I was engaged with technical service and in communication with the seller, the warranty period ended. On November 6, 2025, the mouse stopped working, so I reached out to technical support and submitted a request. They sent the product back to me, stating that the request was made on November 7, 2025, which meant the warranty had expired. I reiterated the situation, and although they recognized that the mouse was defective, they informed me that they couldn't replace it due to a lack of stock for this model and no equivalent product available. They suggested that I reach out to Amazon Turkey for assistance. I reached out to Amazon, and they informed me that the warranty had expired, so they were unable to assist me at all. I sent the product to technical service due to a malfunction before the warranty period was up, and I made sure to open my request promptly. Despite my detailed explanations to both technical service and Amazon, my issue remains unresolved. I would like to request a replacement for my mouse, which malfunctioned before the warranty period expired, or a refund at its current value.
