On January 17, 2024, Aspiegel, which is affiliated with Huawei, took ₺62.30 from my TC Isbank account without my permission. Someone took money from my credit card without permission on January 13, 2024. I would like a refund for these funds and I kindly request the cancellation of any future transactions. I didn't give permission for these withdrawals, and I didn't get any services or buy anything. How can someone take money out of my account without my consent? We need to take immediate action. I would like to request a prompt refund for the charges that were deducted in January.
