I Can’t Cancel My Huawei Cloud Subscription and Keep Getting Charged by Aspiegel

I no longer use Huawei devices and want to cancel my Huawei Cloud membership, but the website doesn't allow me to do so. Despite multiple attempts, there is no clear way to end the subscription through their online platform. Meanwhile, I’m being charged monthly by Aspiegel for a cloud storage service I no longer use.

This is extremely frustrating. I’m basically paying for nothing, and Huawei provides no direct or convenient way to stop the billing. I’m requesting that Huawei either cancel my cloud subscription immediately or stop charging my account altogether.

My email address (linked to my Huawei ID) is e*******@gmail.com**. Please take action as soon as possible and confirm the cancellation. I should not have to keep paying for a service I clearly no longer need or use.
