Unable to Contact Aspiegel for Help with Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

Aspiegel is charging my credit card without my permission. I found out that I don't have a subscription with them. I'm having trouble getting in touch with this company; their customer service is not easily accessible. When I search on Google, their website is nowhere to be found, and there are countless complaints against them. What's the best course of action in this situation? I've been trying to get this unauthorized subscription canceled, but it's just not happening. I just realized there's no subscription. I need a response ASAP! I ain't gonna shell out cash every month for nothing.
