Deformed Asics Gel Kayano 29 Shoes

Seven months ago, I was wearing a pair of Asics Gel Kayano 29 shoes that I had purchased with the utmost care. The shape of the shoes' soles began to change unexpectedly in a relatively short period of time. I returned them to the retailer where I had originally purchased them, Sportive, and the staff there forwarded them to Asics for quality control. The inspection, on the other hand, yielded unfavorable results. I've decided to take this case all the way to the Consumer Rights Court. Despite being marketed as being suitable for outdoor running, these shoes quickly deformed when I used them for day-to-day activities. Because of this experience, I now understand that one should not blindly trust well-known brands.
