To Asics Customer Service,

The premature wear and tear of my Asics Gel-Kayano 29 running shoes worries me. After four months of wearing these, the soles are peeling at the seams.

I dismissed the issue as small, but as I wore the shoes, the peeling grew more noticeable, as shown in the photos. This issue has caused substantial discomfort and hampered shoe functionality.

Your products' quality and longevity have always pleased me, a devoted Asics customer. However, this experience has disappointed me and raised concerns about production problems in this model.

Please investigate and resolve this issue. Would love a shoe replacement or complete refund.
