Asics Gel-Kayano 30 Caused Severe Heel Irritation – Defective Design

I recently purchased the Asics Gel-Kayano 30, and after just a short time wearing them, both of my heels' inner sides became severely irritated and chafed. I have never experienced such an issue with any running shoe before, and I strongly believe this is due to a serious manufacturing defect.

The heel area is too narrow for the specified shoe size, and the edges are extremely stiff, causing discomfort and injury. This is completely unacceptable for a high-end running shoe.

I am demanding a full refund for this defective product. Asics should address this issue immediately and ensure that such poorly designed shoes do not continue to be sold to unsuspecting customers.
